Return Policy

All of our of goods, whether being Programming Software, Services, Gift cards, and Vouchers, cannot be returned and are exempt from being returned. Our policy is that all sales on Radio Software site are final, not returnable and not refundable. As for all our products being a Service and/or a digital nature and will be instantly available after purchase is complete. Therefore once payment has been received and the service (or Software) have been provided, the product (Software)/Service, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you have a problem with your software, please contact us within 7 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace Software with another version, for example, with an older or newer version (if available), of the same type, and if they are defective or damaged will be replaced with a working version.  If you suspect the Software is faulty, please contact us for an exchange of the same item.

We do not replace software with accidental purchase of the wrong model. Please double check and do your own offsite research to be sure your purchasing the correct service (Software) for your needs.
